People v. Coddington

CRIMINAL-DEATH PENALTY
Coddington lured two women and two young girls to a trailer where he killed the two women and molested the two girls. His insanity plea was rejected. He was convicted of the two first degree murders (and other related crimes) and was sentenced to death.
HELD: In this 168 page opinion there is an extensive discussion of the facts and the numerous claimed errors characteristic of death penalty cases. Affirmed.
