U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit

ORDER
Amendment of opinion filed July 12, 2000, not effecting the judgment. This is the case about the man who shot two of his neighbor's dogs who were attacking his livestock. The neighbor reported the incident as a man with a shotgun yelling in the middle of the road. Police officers arrested Robinson at gunpoint. Robinson sued. Judgment was for defendants.
